Bagwell, husband was Nathaniel R. Bagwell, EPITAPH: REST, MOTHER, REST IN QUIET SLEEP, WHILE FRIENDS IN SORROW O'ER THEE WEEP
From Civil War Veterans buried or dying in Red River County, Texas by Lawrence and Sue Dale.

In March of 1997 cemetery was almost destroyed with cattle grazing. An undated paper left in the Clarksville library by Grady Moore says that a Baptist Church once stood near Fobbs cemetery back before the railroad came. He had listed several graves , one note was that there were two Small Foot Stones with initials only N. R. B. & M. L. W.

This could very well be the footstone for Nathaniel Robbins Bagwell
