Professional Wrestler and Actor. John Harris grew up in Maryland. He played basketball during his youth and his great size, 7'7" and over 400 pounds, caught the attention of wrestling promoter Jerry Jarrett. He began wrestling for Jarrett's Continental Wrestling Federation in 1984 as "Big John Harris". In 1985 he began appearing as "Little John" in World Class Championship Wrestling as the bodyguard and manager for The Fantastics tag team. The team won the championship belts in 1987 under his tutelage. He also briefly appeared as "Silo Sam" in the American Wrestling Association. During the 1980s he also acted in several films, most notably as Simone's jealous trucker boyfriend, Andy, in Pee Pee's Big Adventure. Harris passed away on April 19, 2005, at the age of 52 in Manatee County, Florida. The cause of his death remains unknown, but it is suspected that it may have been related to gigantism.
