Ella Rose Cook, daughter of Erin E. Scee Cook and Jeremy J. Cook, Sackets Harbor, NY died Friday evening at Crouse Hospital, Syracuse. She was delivered at 21 weeks and survived for approximately 20 minutes.
Surviving besides her parents are a sister, Shayna Nicole Cook, at home; her maternal grandparents, Timothy and Pamela Scee, Brownville, NY., her paternal grandparents, Donald and Barbara Cook, Grove City, PA.; a maternal great grandmother, Rosemary Gardner, Brownville; paternal great grandparents, Robert and Doris Webster, Grove City, PA. an aunt and three uncles.
The funeral will be at 10a.m. Tuesday at Brownville Methodist Church. Burial will be in the Dexter Cemetery. There will be no calling hours. Arrangements are with Johnson Funeral Home, Dexter.
Donations may be made to the Kienzle Family Maternity Center, Crouse Hospital, 736 Irving Ave.,Syracuse, N.Y. 13210
