H.O. ATWELL
H.O. Atwell, 84, of 1811 East High, retired cabinet maker who had his shop at 903 East Dale a number of years, died Friday evening at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Irene Cummins, in St. Louis, where he was visiting.
He made his home with another daughter, Mrs. Helen Anderson, 1811 East High. He was a member of East Avenue Baptist Church.
Survivors are three daughters, Mrs. Cummings, Mrs. Anderson, and Mrs. Eulalie Pegg, Oklahoma City; a son, B.E. Atwell, St. Louis; five sisters, Mrs. Susie McDaniel, 735 East Talmadge, Mrs. Edith Skinner, 801 South Scenic, and Mrs. Lavada Hubbard, Mrs. Laura Griffin and Mrs. Ada Bartlet, all of Dixon; a brother, Bert Atwell, Dixon; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements are under direction of Rainey.
