Allen Ray Walker, 59, of Fayetteville died Monday, Oct. 18, 2010, in Fayetteville. He was born March 18, 1951, in Fayetteville, Ark., the son of James Logan and Elva Thompson.
He was employed by Scurlock Industries for several years, most spent as a truck driver.
Survivors include his wife of 18 years, Theresa Walker, of the home; two sons, Co'Tray Malik Walker and Jordan Alexander Walker, both of Fayetteville; daughter, Jana Marie Lorntson of Fayetteville; two sisters, Edna Walker and Dora Richardson, both of Fayetteville; and a brother, Roger Walker, of Fayetteville.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 21, 2010, at Beard's Chapel with burial to follow in Oak Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Beard's Chapel from 4 to 6 p.m. today.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a memorial fund in his name at any Arvest Bank.
