Henry J Alvis
WOODBINE — Funeral services for Heny James Alvis 79, retired farmer, will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at the RLDS Church here. Interment will be in Woodbine cemetery.
Mr. Alvis died Thursday at a Council Bluffs hospital. He had formerly farmed in the Orson community for many years and had lived in the Woodbine community for the past five years.
Survivors are: widow Maude; two sons Loyd and Kenneth and a daughter Mrs. Oakley Metcalf all of Woodbine: one sister Mrs. Vera Shipman, Fort Dodge
