Roddy is survived by his wife; four children, Claudia Bowman of Paris, Louise King of Paris, John Roddy of Borger and Joe Roddy of Los Angeles; three step children, Mrs. Lloyd Milligan of Pauls Valley, Okla., Mrs. Sam Beck of Hennipen, Okla., and Joe Blackwell of Seminole; and one brother, John N. Roddy of Deport.
Roddy was an employee of the Continental Oil company for the past 30 years, and came to Borger from Big Lake, Tex. in 1937. He was a member of I.O.O.F. Lodge No. 94, Canton and Encampment, and Elks Lodge.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. tomorrow in the chapel of the Poston-Simpson funeral home with the Reverend Jeff Moore of the Calvary Baptist church officiating.
Interment will be in Highland Park cemetery under the direction of Poston-Simpson funeral home.
