Stephen Jude Bolton, died peacefully Monday, Oct. 11, 2010, at Hospice of Saint John, Lakewood, Colo. He was born June 18, 1955 at Patterson Army Hospital in Fort Monmouth. Stephen had resided in Denver, Colo. for 13 years. He was in the Marine Corps from 1972-1976 and was stationed in the Philippines.
He is predeceased by his son, Stephen Jude Bolton of Lehigh Acres, Fla.;. and his father, Richard J. Bolton of Belmar. He is survived by his wife, Donna Bolton of Lakewood; his mother, Margaret Bolton of Middletown; his brothers, Richard E. Bolton of Monmouth Beach, and Sean Bolton of Wilmington, Del. He is also survived by his sisters, Maureen Busch of Muskego, WI, Judith Bolton of Long Branch, and Mary Maher of Middletown; and seven nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 30 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church Long Branch. He will be entombed in Long Island National Cemetery, Farmingdale, NY, where his father is buried. Donations can be made in Stephen's memory to Hospice of Saint John, 1320 Everett Court, Lakewood, CO 80215.
