A funeral service will be held Monday, June 21 at the First Immanuel Lutheran Church in Cedarburg for Clarence W. Adams, who died Thursday, June 17, 2004 at Columbia St. Mary's Hospital at the age of 78. The Rev. Randolph Raasch officiated at the ceremony. The American Legion Peter Wollner Post 288 had a private viewing.

Mr. Adams was born on Dec. 16, 1925 in Franklin, PA., to the late Clarence J. and Mable (nee Greenlee) Adams and married Ellen (nee Huettel) in Sparta on Oct. 9, 1948. He was a retired carpenter and was an active member of First Immanuel Lutheran Church and the American Legion Peter Wollner Post 288 in Cedarburg.

Survivors include: wife, Ellen of Cedarburg; daughter Lisa of Brown Deer; sons Jay of Cedarburg, Jonathan of Green Bay; grandchildren Allison and Annie; brother Glenn (Dorothy) Adams of Woodbury, N.J.; other relatives and friends.
