Hazel Mae Cousins, Fredrick, Wade, 69, of Lowell, Ark., died Friday October 22,2010. She was the Daughter of Buford and Emmer Patrick Cousins. She was a former Bus driver for the Huntsville School District, and had retired from Butterball Turkey Company in Huntsville. She was an active member of the Phillips Chapel Free Will Baptist Church in Springdale, Arkansas. Survivors include:her husband, William Edward Wade of the home,three sons and one daughter-in-law, Jerry and Brenda Fredrick and Kenny Fredrick of Huntsville, Arkansas, Roy Fredrick of Lowell, Arkansas; one daughter Kristin Wade of Lowell Ark:
three stepsons and stepdaughters-in-laws, Lonnie and Tonie Wade of Springdale, Ark, Robin and Betty Wade of Marshall, Arkansas and Donald and Sandra Wade of Stillwater, Oklahoma; two stepdaugheters and one son-in-law,Mona and RickNodine of Hindsville, Arkansas and Ann Richardson of Perry, Oklahoma;
One brother and sister=in=law, Wayne and Lisa Cousins of Lowell, two sisters and one brother-in-law, Louise and George Ball and Jane Birge, all of Lowell, Arkansas; twenty=two grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday October 25,2010 at the Phillips Chapel Free Will Baptist Church in Springdale, with The Reverends Eldon Bagwell and Jason Scott officiating. Interment will be in the Colbaugh Cemetery at Hindsville, under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home, of Huntsville ark, Pallbearers will be: Chad Fredrick,Scott Birge,Cory Ball, Greg Ball, Jonathan CVousins, Rick Nodine and Ronnie Mullins. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on sunday at the funeral home.
