Amos L. Williams, 84, 335 Wright St. died at 9:47 a.m. Monday in Huntington Memorial Hospital, where he was admitted Sunday.
A retired farmer, Mr. Williams had lived in Lancaster Township until 1959.
He was born May 1, 1892 in Huntington County to William H. and Elizabeth Mendenhall Williams, and his marriage was I Aug. 22, 1914 to Eva L. Thedke, who survives.
Also surviving is a son. Dean L. Williams, Rt. 2; a grandson and a brother, Charles R. Williams, Rt. 4. Deceased is a son, Shultz Williams; a brother, Harry Williams and a sister, Mrs. Elva Beal.
Friends may call after 7 p.m. Monday at the Bailey Mortuary, where services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in Lancaster Cemetery.
