Mrs. Turner died Saturday, Oct. 23, at her home.
She was born Oct. 15, 1933, in Oakhill to Joseph F. and Dorothy Page Grohmann. She married Frank Turner in Temple. She retired from H-E-B in Portland as a general merchandise manager. She also worked at the local laundry, and was the office manager for the family heating and air conditioning business. Her church duties included teaching Sunday school, teaching seminary classes and working in the Young Woman's Organization. She was a member of the Texas Early Day Tractor and Engine Association, the Lonestar Model A Ford Club in Georgetown, and the Art Guild in Belton. She also was a member of the CentraPlex Woodcarvers Club and the Tri-City Gem and Mineral Society.
Survivors include her husband; two sons, Jimmie Burts Fulton of Temple and John Bradford Fulton of Belton; three sisters, Nancy Parrish of Wichita Falls, Barbara Ross of Corpus Christi and Christine Page of Round Rock; eight grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at Heartfield Funeral Home in Belton.
