Kate was the daughter of Lenox Fullerton and Nancy Jane (Groom). She married Isham "Branch" Keller on Sept. 15, 1903 in Grant City, Worth Co., MO. They moved to Cheyenne, WY. and to this union four children were born; Sue, Zan, Audra, and Marion Francis. She then married Schoening aft. 1915. She married her third husband Samuel Elliot Downs in 1937 in CA. She is buried with her third husband Samuel Downs and in the same cemetery as her sister Cora Ellen (Fullerton) McKim, brother-in-law Alfred Hiram McKim, nieces Luella (McKim) Gurley, and Dorothea (McKim) Brummet.
