Ambrose is the son of Nememiah "Mire" and Angeline (Hibbs) Jenkins. He married Anna Robinson, Jan. 25, 1893. They had two sons: Harry and a baby son that died at birth (and is also buried at Westfield Cemetery). Ambrose was a farmer and raised stock.
