"From the Grave" by Linda Wommack.
Born on a ship bound from England to North America. Served with the 3rd Colo. Cavalry in 1861. Marshal. Built the Dickens Opera House; founded the Farmers National Bank; organized the Farmers Mill & Elevator Co. Fatally shot at his home Nov. 30, 1915. His killer was never identified.
