Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Bernard Funeral Home in Russell Springs.
Burial will be in Mill Springs National Cemetery in Nancy.
He was a sophomore at Russell County High School.
Surviving are three half brothers, Eddie Keith Eads of Paducah, and Adam Lawless and Anthony Lawless, both of Russell Springs; his paternal grandparents, Eddron and Evelyn Eads of Russell Springs; and his maternal grandmother, Novella Stephens of Windsor.
Visitation will be after 5 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
