St. Clair - Rosina M. "Rosie" Parker, 75, died Wednesday, Aug. 8, 1990, in Mercy Hospital.
She was born Nov. 29. 1914, in St. Clair. She married William Parker Jan. 4, 1943, He died May 28, 1986.
Mrs. Parker was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in St. Clair, where she was employed for many years. She was worked at Diamond Crystal Salt Co. for many years. She was a member of the St. Mary's Altar society.
She will always be remembered by her family and friends for her kindness and caring.
She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Tony and Linda Parker of St. Clair; daughters and sons-in-law, Susan and Jerry Krevinghaus and Gail and Michael Reece, all of St. Clair and eight grandchildren. Many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins, who Rosina loved very much, also survive.
She was preceded in death by a son, Thomas; a sister, Katherine Oehmke; and brother, Clarence Distelrath.
A memorial Mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday in St. Mary's Catholic Church in St. Clair.
There will be no visiting. Arrangements are by the L.C,. Friederichs and Son Funeral Home in St. Clair.
Memorials may be made to St. Mary's Scholarship fund or the American Heart Association.
