Mr. F.A. Bangs died suddenly at his home in this city last Monday morning of apoplexy. He had been in his usual good health up to within tow or three hours of his death. Mr. Bangs was born in Canada in 1829, and moved to this place in 1886. He was well known to our citizens and had many warm friends. His wife and four children survive him. He has a daughter, Mrs. Hill in Bridgeport, Conn., a son, Fred W., at Albany, N.Y., and A.C. Bangs and Mrs. J.G. Crapster of this city.
