Palmyra is the daughter of Daniel McCoy and Eliza Schultz.
She maried Daniel H Wescoat on March 12, 1849.
Cause of death states "senile asthema".

OBITUARY
"Mrs. Palmyra A. Wescoat, Widow of Daniel Wescoat; a Pioneer Resident of Southern New Jersey, died Wednesday night at her home, Walnut Nook Farm, hammonton, N.J., in her 91st year.
Mrs. Wescoat was in health up until the time of her death' which was due to her advanced age and the shock of the death of her son-in-law, Joseph R. Adams, of 102 Locust St., this city.
Mrs. Wescoat is survived by four sons and four daughters. They are Thomas E., Daniel, and William R. Wescoat, of Hammonton, and Jess B. Wescoat of Oak Lane; Mrs. Lida Wescoat Adams, 1202 Locust St., this city; Mrs. George G. Henderson, Logan; Mrs. Esther M. Briegel, 3518 Haverford Av., this city, and Miss M. Estelle Wescoat of Hammonton.
Funeral services will be held from her home Sunday, and interment will be at Pleasant Mills, near Hammonton.
In November Mrs. Wescoat's 90th birthday was observed with a quilting "bee", a feaurt of which was the finishing of a quilt made up of the class colors of her relatives representing Cornell, Washington and Pennsylvania Universaties and Pennsylvania State and Swarthmore Colleges."
