Funeral for Jerry Don Chapman, 32, of 1529 S. 9th, who died Fri, will be at 10 am Mon will be in the Elliot-Hamil Chapel of Memories.
The Rev. Hershel Thomas, pastor of the Oak St. Baptist Church will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Bobby Chapman, Larry Chapman, Michael Chapman, Robert Chapman, Mark Best, Robin Best, Marvin James, and Jess Parvin.
Chapman died about 1 pm Fri in Hendrick Memorial Hospital after he was found shot about 11 am at 418 Chestnut. Police said the wound was apparently self-inflected.
