Doris E. Andrick
Doris Earleen Andrick, 82 of Parkersburg, passed away June 23, 2009 at St. Josheph's Hospital. She was born February 2, 1927 at Skyles, WV, a daughter of the late Earl E. Davis and Nellie G. (Jackson) Davis.

Mrs. Andrick worked at Woolworth's Department Store, Rawling's Optical and Durfee's Cable Company. She was a 60 year member of South Parkersburg United Methodist Church where she used to be a Sunday School Teacher. Early in life, she sang in the Happy Davis Family gospel music group which consisted of her parents and siblings. Doris was a life member of the Parkersburg DAV Auxillary.

Surviving is her husband of 60 years, Bernard L. Andrick, two sons: David L. Andrick and his wife Sharon and James M. Andrick and his wife Cheri, both of Washington, sister Phyllis D. Ault of Columbus, OH, brother Edward A. Davis of Annandale, NJ, two grandchildren: Nicole Adams (John) of Washington and Kelly Sandy (Josh) of Washington, and four great grandchildren: Andrea and Isaac Adams and Kyra and Mason Sandy.

Funeral services will be Friday 1PM at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg with Reverends Rick Brown and Phil Prunty officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen North Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday 2-4 and 6-8PM.
