Although the grave marker photo says year of birth is 1887, Elizabeth Belle Crawford Cosner is well-documented as being born on May 5, 1867 (not a year after her daughter's birth). The marker creator may have made a mistake or there is some other explanation. She is my great grandmother and I have done a lot of research on this family. She was a resident of Bedford most of her life, although she wintered in Lakeland, Florida, after about 1942. She was a stallwart in the Methodist Church in Bedford, Indiana.
