The following information was suggested to me: Mary M. Lancaster apparently is the daughter of John Riley Lancaster and Rachael "Harder" Lancaster. 1850 Perry Co., TN Census. Daughter Mary M. Lancaster age 11. Then in 1860 Mary M. age 21 was living in home of Michael Lancaster with some of her brothers and sister since her father died in 1852. Unknown where her mother was in 1860, but in 1870 her mother was in Boone Co., AR.
In 1860 in home of Michael Lancaster they were living next door to C.C. & Elizabeth Dobbs with son Jonathan Dobbs, age 19.
So we have Jonathan Dobbs born about 1841 and Mary M. Lancaster, born about 1839. The 1870 census Mary M. "Lancaster" Dobbs age 29 and 1880 she was age 40. In both cases Mary was 1 to 2 years older than Jonathan. So it appears her birth year on the marker is wrong, it should have been 1839. Her parent being John Riley Lancaster and Rachael "Harder" Lancaster. William Henry I believe is her uncle.
