Mr. Graves was a native of Gulfport and a lifelong resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. He was a Baptist. He was a retired truck driver. He was a Army Veteran of the Vietnam War.
He was preceded in death by his paerents, Estes and Flora Hornback Graves; and a grandson, David Ray "Boo Boo" Carig.
Survivors include two daughters, Carol Graves and Carolyn Craig. Three brothers Donald Graves, Jerry S. Hogan and Junior Graves; three sisters, M "PeeWee" Jackson, Gail Stone, all of Gulfport and Dorothy "Dot" Reed of Saucier; and three grandchildren. He is always thought of and missed.
