Martin Campbell Short, 76, of Mount Ida, died Friday, March 24, 1989 at his home.
Mr. Short was born April 6, 1912 at Mount Tabor to the late James Kendrick Short and Mary Alice Smith Short.
Mr. Short had been a resident of Montgomery County for most of his life. He was a retired carpenter and farmer and was a protestant.
Survivors include his wife, Martha Short of Mount Ida; one son; two daughters; three sisters; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
