She married William Norvell, first, they had three sons: Lipscomb, William, and Benjamin Rush. Lipscomb was my father and we lived In Beaumont, Texas on Orleans St. Next door to us was Grandmother Stovall (Leonora Swearingen Norvell), when she married him or where I do not know. I remember her from the time I was 3 years old. She and Rev F. M. Stovall had three daughters: Nora married J.R. Grist, Kate married a Dr. Beckman, and Florence married Harde Turner. Nora and Florence lived in Beaumont. [A fourth daughter had died in infancy.] I was at boarding school in Washington when Leonora (my grandmother) died in 1921 or 1922, and am not sure where she is buried.
