Rayetta Louise Sparks Brown, of Orem, died November 10, 2010 at Mt. Timpanogas Hospital in Orem. She was born July 21, 1930 in Kansas City, Missouri. Her family moved to Utah when she was 21-years-old. She lived in Utah County. She married Fred D. Brown on February 23, 1952 in Provo. They had 7 children: Constance and Mike Hard (Provo), Fred D. Brown (Seattle, Washington), David Jeffery Brown (Orem), Wanda and Jim Perry (Logan), Christina and William Olson (Draper), Charles Wayne Brown (Provo), and Rayetta and Hyrum Noyes (Snowmass, Colorado). She had 16 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren. She was loved by many and was known for her big heart and the yummy candy she made and shared with neighbors, family, and friends. She will be missed.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, November 13, 2010 at the Heather Ridge Stake Center, 450 East 2000 North, Orem, Utah.
