Ruby Elizabeth Starkovich Dec. 30, 1918-Nov. 13, 2009 Ruby was born in Golden, Colorado, living most of her life in the Mt. View/Sunnyvale area, along with her siblings LaRita, Betty, Eileen and Russell. Ruby was blessed to have enjoyed three precious marriages during her life to Homer Alderman, Leonard Sailors, and John Starkovich, all of whom pre-deceased Ruby. Four children were born to Ruby & Homer - Gary, David, Craig and Virginia. Although two of her children have passed away, Ruby will be missed by Gary and Marlene Alderman, Laurie Alderman and Virginia and David Harvey. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, November 19, 2009, at 1:30 p.m. at The Crosswalk Church in Sunnyvale. In lieu of flowers, donations in Ruby's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Crosswalk Church.
