Betty was our beautiful mother. She was the 5th born of 7 children in Taylorville, Illinois, to Sir John Wesley Pennington and Cecilia Bannerman-Love. She married our father John E. Wroth in Yuma, AZ on February 13, 1942. Mother of three daughters, Irene, Cricket and Dianne, grandmother of 6, greatgrandmother of 10. She loved to dance and laugh. She had a heart of gold and always gave her time to anyone in need. She always wanted to be a movie star but the closest she got was to go to school with several at Santa Monica High School and knew a few after she was married. She would be delighted to know that she is resting with quite a number of movie stars whom she adored!
