Archie W. Bethard III
Age 62, formerly of Clayton, DE, passed away on November 7, 2010, at Kent Hospital in Dover, Delaware.
Born in Chester, PA he lived in Clayton, Delaware. Mr. Bethard worked for Richard Layton and Finger Law Firm as a supervisor in Wilmington, Delaware for 25 years. He formerly worked as a supervisor for Phoenix Steel in Claymont, Delaware. Mr. Bethard was a Junior Warden, Eureka Dupont Lodge 23-29.
He was predeceased by his father, Archie W. Bethard II who passed in 1978 and his sister, Tina Bethard. he is survived by his wife of 40 years, Dianne E. Bethard Labodzinski; mother, Mildred E. Bethard Morris of Millsboro, Delaware; daughters, Christine M. Bethard of Bear, Delaware, Jennifer B. Estep and her husband Ralph of Millsboro, Delaware; son, Archie W. Bethard IV at home; one sister, Debbie Bethard of Lewes, Delaware; one brother, David C. Bethard of Millsboro, Delaware; two grandsons, Ryan and Gage Estep of Millsboro, Delaware.
Calling hours will be after 7 pm Sunday night, November 14, and after 8:30 am on Monday morning at the Kaniefski-Kendus-D'Anjolell Memorial Home, 3900 West 9th Street Trainer, PA. Masonic service will be 7:30 pm, Sunday night and funeral service will be 11 am, on Monday morning both at the memorial home. Burial Lawn Croft Cemetery in Linwood, PA.
Donations may be made in Archie name to American Cancer Society , 92 Reads Way, Suite 205, New Castle, Delaware 19720 and to Saint Judes Childrens Research Hospital www.stjude.org. His death was caused by Cancer.
