Huldah (Jude) Francis, 90, former Park County resident died at a Bozeman rest home Saturday after a long illness.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday, 11 a.m. at Mountain View Cemetery in Livingston.
Mrs. Francis was born July 11, 1884 in Summerset, Kentucky, and moved to Park County as a child. She attended Rock Creek School in Park County and was married to David Francis on August 17, 1905 in Portland, Oregon.
They homesteaded near Glasgow from 1910-1918 when they moved to the Shields River. In 1920 they moved to Glasgow and in 1949 they went to Belgrade where they lived until moving to Bozeman in 1966. Mr. Francis preceded her in death in 1965.
She is survived by one son, Jack Francis of Augusta; three nieces, Winnie Gibson of Belgrade, Grace Nye of Cooke City, Gladys Ballheim of Vancouver, Washington; one nephew, Bud Gibson of Springdale; two grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Franzen Davis Mortuary is in charge of local arrangements.
