William H. Caine, Jr. 78 of Oakridge, died Thursday. He was born Nov. 23, 1870, at Invergrove, Minn., and came to Newberg, Ore., at the age of 15. He moved to Gold Hill in 1898 and later to Oakridge.
Surviving are one sister, Mrs. Floyd Eddings of Oakridge, a niece, Mrs. Frank Bauer, of San Francisco and a nephew, Elton Caine, Racine co. Wisconsin.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, at 1:30 p.m., at Rock Point with the Rev. D. E. Millard officiating. The Veatch Hollingworth England Funeral Home will be in charge.
