She was born June 27, 1902, In LeSueur, Minn., daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Pautz. On December 24, 1924, she married Hugo Schwanke In Fond du Lac. She was currently a member of the Zion Lutheran Church in New Holstein.
Survivors include one daughter-in-law, Mrs. Rosella Schwanke, of Huntington Beach, Calif, and one sister, Mrs. Mable Wagner, of Manitowoc. She was preceded in death by her husband on August 14, 1966 and one son, Orville, on April 2,1990.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, at 1:30 p.m., at the Zion Lutheran Church in New Holstein, the Rev. Victor Kuerschner, officiating. Burial will be in New Holstein City Cemetery. Friends may call at Zion Lutheran Church from noon until the time of services on Saturday. Memorials are suggested for Zion Lutheran Church. The Erbe-Evjen Funeral Home, New Holstein, is serving the family.
