Clarence was left a widower at 33 Years with twins barley 3 months old. And his oldest son Claud (My Dad) 10 years old. Clarence had a sister, Bertha Singer in Woods County Waynoka who took one twin and Mrs Wagnor took Clint. Clint was very attached to the Wagoner family and was probably closer to there son John than he was to Claud. John Wagoner and Clint pretty well grew up together. Mrs Wagoner had Diebetes so bad that they finally amputated her leg or legs. I've heard family say that at Clint's funeral John carried Mrs Wagoner into the Chuch.
The Wagoners lived in Woods County.
The Cattle Crash of twenty nine broke Clarence and he never did recover. My dad purchased land in Stanton County Kansas and Clarence and Claud's family moved there about 1929-1930.
