Louise V. Cuiksa, 80, of 71825 Fairpoint, New Athens Road, Fairpoint, Ohio, died Thursday, June 3, 2004, in Crestview Health Care Center, St. Clairsville.
She was born March 12, 1924, in Fairpoint, a daughter of the late John and Mary Lyczak Zajac.
She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Fairpoint.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Cuiksa in 1991; a daughter, Janice Cuiksa and two brothers, Stanley Zajac and Casimir Zajac.
Surviving are a son, Mark Cuiksa of Bridgeport; three grandchildren, Mark Cuiksa Jr., Kimberly Cuiksa and Gage Cuiksa and a great-grandson, Jarret Deaton.
Friends will be received Sunday, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Beck-Altmeyer Funeral Home and Crematory, 204 West Main Street, St. Clairsville. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be at 10 a.m. on Monday in St. Joseph Catholic Church, Fairpoint with Fr. Thomas Graven as the Celebrant.
Interment will be in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville, Ohio.
