Paul was the son of William Frederick Theodore Horn and Cora Eliza Williams. He married Arlene Mildred Robertson in 1918 and had three children: James Edward, Mabel Evelyn and Jane Gertrude.
He was born in Akron and lived 28 years in Richfield. He was retired from the Firestone Tire and Rubber Company with 43 years of service as a service car driver.
He is survived by his son, James E. of Crystal Lake, Il; daughters, Evelyn M. Horn of Akron, Jane G. Kilivry of Springdale, Ohio; seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren, and on great-great grandchild.
Services were held with interment at Glendale Cemetery.
