James Watters Martin, aged 73, husband of Mrs. Miriam Wilkinson Martin and son of the late Joel Wesley and Mrs. Katherine Moseley Martin, a native and lifelong resident of Norfolk, died at 1:30 o'clock Monday morning at the residence, 823 Graydon avenue.
Besides his wife, Mrs. Miriam Wilkinson Martin, he is survived by one brother, Joel W. Martin, and a nephew, H. Dinwiddie Martin. Funeral services will be held at the residence, Wednesday morning at 10 o'clock, with the Rev. Taylor Willis, D.D., rector of Christ and St. Luke's Church, of which Mr. Martin was a member, officiating. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
