Mrs. J. M. Kuhne -

died at her home at Cliffwood last Monday morning from paralysis, aged 81 years, just nine days after the death of her husband. She had been recovering from paralysis about two years.

Mrs. Kuhne was the daughter of David and Catherine Vanderveer and was born at Marlboro October 15, 1824. She married Thomas B. Hoff on December 7, 1851. They had one daughter now deceased, who became the wife of William Coe, and who left one child.
On December 25, 1891, Mrs. Hoff and Mr. Kuhne were married.
They were both members of the Presbyterian Church and the funeral service of Mrs. Kuhne was held there Wednesday afternoon. Rev. Dr. Young of Matawan officiating.
Mrs Kuhne was buried in Green Gove Cemetery beside her first husband.
