LAKE CITY - Cecil H. Friesenborg, 67, of Lake City passed away 7:05 a.m. Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at St. Mary's Hospital, Decatur. Cecil was born October 29, 1943 in Forest City, IA, the son of Eugene Cooper. He was an Electrician for the IBEW in Corpus Christi, TX He is survived by his daughter, Kristen Baker of Lovington; son, Josh Baker of Kemmerer, WY; grandchildren, Sheyenne, Domonick and Ashlynn Baker all of Lovington.
