Nellie L. Wolf, 100,
of Pleasant Valley Road, Smithsburg, died Thursday, November 9, 1995 at home.

She was the wife of the late Ira Leon Wolf, who died in 1935.

Born September 2, 1895, in Garfield, she was a daughter of the late Albert McLangton and Alice Virginia (Draper) Wolfe.

Mrs. Wolfe was a member of Pleasant Valley United Methodist Church, near Smithsburg.

Surviving are six daughters, Aundrey K. Ingram, Ruth G. Ingram, Evelyn R. Hessong and Mary M. Lewis all of Smithsburg, Bernice V. Sease of Greencastle, Pa.; and Jane M. Grossnickle of Myersville; four sons, H. Kenneth Wolf of Hagerstown, Nevin L. Wolfe of Cascade, and John D. Wolfe and Robert L. Wolfe, both of Smithsburg; 29 grandchildren; 45 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.

Mrs. Wolf was preceded in death by one sister, Lethal Brunner; six brothers, Hubert Wolfe, Raymond Wolfe, Parker Wolfe, Richard Wolfe, Milton Wolfe And Howard Wolfe.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday, November 12, 1995 at the Davis Funeral Home, Smithsburg. Funeral services will begin there at 2 p.m. Monday, November 13, 1995. Pastor William C. Kercheval will officiate. Interment will be in the Smithsburg Cemetery.
