The cemetery is located in Haviland township. Grandfather moved onto the property as a young married man, the property being a gift from his father, Levi Archibald, of Stafford Co., Ks. Shelvy was the only surviving son at that time. His eldest son, Elza, was born by the time they moved there and built the home which still stands with the inheritance from his wife Mary (Kasina Katrina Maria Wilshusen).
