Paul retired as a maintenance man from Sunstrand, formally Rudy Manufacturing in Dowagiac, MI. Prior to that he worked for the Singer Sewing Machine Company in South Bend, Indiana in the same capacity. At one time he worked in the Niles, Michigan New York Central train yard with his Uncle Vern Steele.
Paul was also a volunteer fireman for the Twin Lakes Fire Dept. for many years and he was awarded for being the oldest volunteer fireman in the department. He owned his own small business; Twin Lakes Welding. He was very inventive and had a wonderful sense of humor.
His lineage is this: George, Philip, George, George, Moses and Charles Edward Steele.
