Carl's death was attributed to organ failure. Shortly after his death, the diabetes medication he was taking was withdrawn. That medication (Rezulin) was blamed for a number of similar deaths and lawsuits were filed. We were contacted by attorneys, but we chose to let him rest in peace rather than have an autopsy.
Carl's parents were Fred C. and Rosalie Brewer Rose. His paternal grandparents were Fred O. Rose and Vinnie Osburn Rose. His maternal grandparents were Samuel Lee Brewer and Lucille Roberts Black.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, Tracee Ellen Rose and Stacee Lucille Rose.
He is forever loved.
