JAMES JINDRICH "Jimmie"

Throwing kisses at football games and getting
telephone calls twice a day at the Alpha Xi
Delta house is a perfect description of the
football team's "Rudy", who is none other than
Mr. Jindrich.

"Jimmie" hails from none other than Paw Paw,
Michigan, where he made quite a name for himself
as an athlete. For four years he carried the
colors of Paw Paw high on the gridiron, and in
his senior year he was chosen quarterback on the
Michigan all-state eleven. He also captaned the
griders in his senior year. He played basketball
for three and was on the baseball nine for four
years.

During the summer months Jindrich teaches swimming
and baseball to keep himself in condition.
Previously he did boys work during the vacation
period. He tells us that he is a great lover of
history, intending to use this when he goes into
business in a few years. He is a member of the
Wrangler fraternity.

The Dailey Northwestern dated Thursday, November
12, 1931.
