Almira was the daughter of George W Larew (some family members spell it Larue) and Talitha Emerine "Emma" Gammon. She married John Hamilton Creekpaum (1829-1920) on 21 Mar 1852 in Cass County, IN. They had 9 known children between 1852 and 1880: Mary Jane, Thomas Jefferson, Talitha Emma, George Allen, Julia Ann, William S, Nancy Belle, John Wesley, and Elizabeth Jane.
