BAYLISS, ROY, 89, of 610 Boca Ciega Isle, St. Petersburg Beach, died Monday (April 20, 1987). Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., he came here in 1970 from Hicksville, N.Y. A Navy veteran of World War I, he was a member of the American Legion Post 305, St. Petersburg Beach. Locally he was a member of Pass-a-Grille Community Church. He was a mason with the Delta Lodge 504, Brooklyn. Survivors include a son Robert, St. Petersburg Beach; a daughter Betty Jean Jacks, Norwich, Conn.; five grandchildren and a great-granddaughter.
