Frank J. Ochs, 85, of Newton, died Tuesday in St. Anthony Memorial Hospital, Effingham.
Funeral services will be in St, Thomas Catholic Church, Newton. Visitation will be at Buchanan Funeral Home, Newton, with Rosary. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Ste. Marie.
Mr. Ochs was born in Jasper County, son of Frank and Elizabeth Ochs. He was a member of St. Thomas Catholic Church, Newton. He married Margaret Shelly, who died in 1970.
Surviving are sons, Ray of Naples, Fla.; Eustace of Dundas ; Jerome of Montgomery, Ind.; Gus of
Newton; daughters, Sister Angelita of Los Angeles, Calif.; Mrs. Dorothy Fisher and Mrs. Zita Thoreson, both of Newton; Mrs. Vicky McDaniel of Bend, Ore.; Mrs. Mary Harris of Willow Hill;
sister, Christina Ochs of Michigan; 36 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren.
