Alfred Glenn (known as Glenn) Alcorn is the son of Jesse Alcorn and Eva Virginia Alcorn (nee Covert).

He had a daughter Lenore. She was adopted and her new name is Wendy Albright.

Glenn married Joan Fredrika Pleumis in 1951 in Los Angeles County, California. They had one son Gary Lee. The marriage ended in divorce.

He remarried to his sister-in-law Carol Rae Pleumis on July 13, 1957, in Las Vegas,Clark County, Nevada. They had two daughters, Dale Tracy and Gwendolyn "Wendy" Lynn.

Alfred Glenn Alcorn served in the Navy during World War II. His first ship was DE-130, the Jacob Jones which was a destoryer escort in the Atlantic. Following that he transfered to SS-170, the USS Cachalot, a submarine. He was honorably discharged. Following his discharge, he returned to his home in California and became an electrician.

Services Wednesday, 11 AM, Costa Mesa First Methodist Church, with Chaplain Warren D. Trumbo, U. S. Navy, officiating.
Interment, Harbor Rest Memorial Park.
