She was born in Pulaski County on January 5, 1932, daughter of the late Wendell Alec and Fannie Jane Wesley Roberts. She was a seamstress for Palm Beach in Somerset and a member of Jacksonville Baptist Church.
She is survived by one brother, David Roberts of Nancy, and several neices and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, H. Reid Haggard, who died on July 13, 2001; her parents; and one sister, Treva Burton.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today at the chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home, Science Hill with Bro. Gale Durham officiating.
Burial will be in Bethel Ridge Cemetery.
