JUDGE EASTIN'S WILL.

Brief Instrument, Leaving All To His Wife, Probated Yesterday.

The will of the late Judge George B. Eastin was admitted to probate yesterday in the County Court. It was proved by Gen. John B. Castleman and Mr. John C. Russell. Mrs. Eastin, who was named executrix, refused to qualify and upon her suggestion the Fideli-------(wrinkle in newspaper on microfilm) Company was appointed. The instrument is as follows:

"I, George B. Eastin, of the city of Louisville, Ky., being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make and publish this my last will and testament.
"After the payment of my just debts, I give, devise and bequeath all the property and estate, real, personal and mixed,of which I shall die seized or possessed, and whether in possession, reversion or remainder, unto my beloved wife, Fannie Castleman Eastin, absolutely, and to dispose of as she may see fit, and I include in this devise all life and accident insurance that may become payable on account of my death.
"I hereby nominate and appoint my said wife sole executrix of this will, and request that no surety be required of her by the County Court on any bond she may give as such, and do further direct that no appraisement or inventory of my estate be required or made. This will is wholly written by my own hand. In testimony whereof, witness my signature hereto, this 1st day of August, 1894.
